Opening up Beta Forum Access

The beta testing forum is now readable by anyone who visits the site -- I think we now have a number of theory-crafting threads in the testing forum that could be interesting reading for non-testers. Those of you who aren't currently in the beta, please feel free to start threads in general that link back to beta discussions.
