I only recently noticed the steam workshop integration, so ive posted a few mods there and enjoy making them. If anyone has suggestions feel free to post here

I like having an extra system slot or two in my ships. Perhaps a mod could be made to add them by researching a tech or two, just like you did with the Planetary Fire Control mod.

I'm also not a fan of the "built-in" slots. That is mostly because when using other mods, ship modules in those slots are not interchangeable with better modules(i.e. the navagation array tech in Aressiya's DLC Rebalance mod).

On another note, It'd be cool if you could redesign captured ships, like the independent slavers or human pirates if you're not human. I am aware that it's possible to unlock ship designs through "diplomacy", but having the ability to reverse engineer ship designs would be fricken awesome. For example, when you capture an enemy vessel, there could be the option to sacrifice the ship to gain access to that specific ship chassis for the player without having to integrate an entire other empire into yours to get it.

I wish I had the brain for programming :(
