Re: Suggest - Features and Improvements
Any way for there to be sort options on the production list. At the moment it is just by population, But sorting by what is being produced, by system, and by production amounts (wrenches, coin, food, metal etc) would be nice.
Yes, I also miss this option. It would be great if the planet list could ...

Re: Release Plan
Haven't had real challenge winning on "brutal".
Neither did anyone else according to the entries in the forums. This is the main problem: the AI is a pushover. One solution for this would be to give it a bunch of resources, but it does not seem to help it very much as this is off-balanced by ...

Just ask DeepMind nicely to train a deep neural network for the game. It was able to beat the best Go player, so it should be able to beat us in SiS :) They already have trained it for some old Atari arcade games (just by "looking" at the screen, not by seeing the code or by being taught the game ...

Thanks for the information. Maybe you could include this in the description of the module (or prevent multiple modules from being installed).Arioch wrote:No.spitfire_ch wrote:Btw.: Does having multiple boarding modules per ship have any advantage, such as being able to send more marines at a time?

Re: Customization
But are there plans to make the game modable (if it isn't already)? In my experience, a good modding community greatly helps prolonging the lifetime of a game (e.g. Sword of the Stars which enjoyed activity for many years).

Re: Ar strike fighter implemented ?
Maybe planet fighter bases might get fighter automatically repaired over time during battle ?
If one destroyed fighter come back per turn you would be able to maintain a small tickle of fighters, or you might wait to send later a full squadron again. This would certainly not make them overpowered ...

We show notifications only the first time each planetary special is discovered in a playthrough. If players find these repetitive, we could adds them to the settings toggle that disables "tutorial" notifications.

Mass refit is a great addition - if you have the resources ;)
Could you also add it to the refit option from the planetary build menu, so that the queue would automatically be filled with ships of the same source and target design? It would much reduce micro managing (and be affordable most of the ...

I don't seem to find any tech to upgrade mines. All other "resource buildings" (farms, labs, factories and markets) can be upgraded, but not the mines? Is this a balancing issue? If not, I would very much like to see a tech tree branch to upgrade mines, too.
