The reason the computer design does not use heavy weapons is because of the low damage output from them compared to the standard version. About the only one it will use is hellbore.

Did not touch shield regen rates, weapon damage was boosted enough to make them a non issue imo. Basic evolution of the mod can be seen on the steam SiS forum entry. Oddly enough, making assault shuttles build empty has been far more of a game changer then I thought it would be.

Tinker's forge does not work on non tinker units at all I think. At least the ammunition replenishment aspect.

An outpost is a space station deployable to worlds you do not control. It does not add an orbital slot, so either deploy it to the uninhabited world and colonize afterward, or just build the orbital you want after world is colonized.

I only am sure the current version will work, the one with Omni on it was posted in error a while ago , and at this point would just crash the game.

Sven, tested your code, and force lances do pierce force fields with it used. Haven't checked to see it there are unintended results though.

I honestly do not know what is causing this. It works fine with normal turns, but autocombat breaks it. Does it ever happen in combat that is not auto resolved ?

Do you recall what unit was attacked, and was the error on firing or on impact?
Was the range at less then 8? Closer?

I have used them heavily, and have not seen that issue come up, so need to know how to replicate it.

And you are playing on the current release steam build, right ?
