You've expanded the Super Dreadnaught's mounts, but not hangars - it carries less than a Carrier. Also it could benefit from an extra System slot and about a 100 more crewmen.

We did expand the hangars; it was 4/4, now it's 8/8. That's not more than a supercarrier, but there's no reason it should be; it's a secondary capability.
