Stargate cost

Base costs of stargates might be a little too low. Currently a stripped stargate costs less then a stripped station.

I'm not certain this is wrong. Once you've gone to the trouble to research gates, I think it makes some sense that connecting your empire with them isn't necessarily that expensive. That said, the asset we're using for the Stargate right now is a placeholder -- "Ancient Stargates" are intended to be a lot bigger and more impressive looking than the "Modern Stargates" that you can build after researching the tech. (Ancient gates also have a far more powerful effect.) Right now, both Stargate types share the "Ancient" stargate art asset, with the result that modern gates look more impressive (and thus expensive) than they really should.

I suspect that they may be too inexpensive, but I think we'll have to see how it play with the full functionality (such as remote deployability) implemented.

Currently there is NO metal cost for them, that alone seems wrong somehow. *Edited* newest build gates look right, originally they required no metal to build.
