opps. should be working again as of r15332. though be warned that this 'dev' build is a snapshot in the midst of a significant cost re-balancing effort, um, your colony ships are probably going to be way too cheap, for one thing. other bugs may also occur.

thanks for the report. life on the bleeding edge can be a bit dangerous, but i'm always grateful for a bit of extra testing help
