I use it all the time. To make sure I wasn't crazy, I just started the game, used it, and it's there and working. GOG 38774

Mabe he means on the strategy map?
The double click to select all ships of the same typ works on tactical map but not on strategic map...

Oh yeah, good point. I would like better selection on the fleet screen on the strategy map. It's tough when you want to split up and not send your outpost builders with the main fleet., etc. There is "select, then right click to invert" that sometimes helps though!

Select colony ship, outpost transport, right click -> you have all the rest, ready to be given orders.

Yes that is the invert function mentioned above

The question asked is to select certain type of ships on the map
This is possible on tactical map but does not seem possible on strategic map

Sorry, wasn't seeing notifications. Yes, on the strategic map, sorry I did not specify. Though I did not know about the option on the tactical map - must never have tried it. I appreciate the tip! But it's much more important for me on the main/strategic map - selecting all scouts commonly, or troop transports, that sort of thing. The inverse I knew, and couldn't live without.

Centurion XXI, unfortunately I haven't been able to use Galaxy, just the standalone installer (which is the older version). But if the newer SiS is on Galaxy, I'll just have to make it work, somehow! Maybe it's time for a new PC anyway. I wonder how much has changed from r38774 to r38803!

Continuing to hold out hope for some news soon. The dry spell has been dismaying, but I'm still checking back here periodically. Hope all is well with Arioch and Sven!

Same here.

A little sad. I really like this game.

Will this DLC eventually see the light of day?

I sure hope so. SiS feels like it's just one good DLC and update away from becoming something exceptionally special.

How realistic is it that we'll see something?
