Captured transport bug

Post by Chasm »

Please see game 1388
Captured Ashdar imperial troop transport over gienah.
Issue is the transport is empty of units, but I am unable to send it trading.
I am able to load and unload units back into it though.
Revised It is all of the troopships in my group of gienah, not just the captured one. Possible cause was deploying tanks from orbit to planet. There was an extra click required to do so each time, might have something to do with the issue. I am being told I can both disembark AND embark units from these transports.
You are still able to use them as unit transport once this occurs, but trade function is broken.

This issue is directly related to moving armor units to and from transports, all transports. Doing so corrupts the transport with an eternal armor unit 0 and makes it unable to do trade even when empty. Troopships by default have the issue. Planetary population can be on and offloaded without an issue. See game 1390 uploaded (cheatmode was used, to illustrate the issue quickly and simply).

Thanks for the uploads. It would appear that I broke tank transports when updating the morale mechanics last week. I've just pushed a fix to 'stable'.

In any of your old games that are manifesting this issue, loading a tank unto a transport that reports '0 tanks', then unloading it, should return the transport to a usable state.
