Stations and outposts when scrapped do not return metal as listed, just coin.
Planetary population capacity boosting technologies do not in fact increase the population capacity. The planet says capacity is boosted and facility spaces can be unlocked from it, but population growth stops at the base value for the world, and filling it to the new capacity with refugees gets an overcrowding morale penalty.

I can confirm the second bug. The capacity numbers went up when I got the tech, but planet population indicates it is "stable" and the population never increases.

1st bug is easy to confirm. Start a new game, scrap your space station. Metal stays at 100.

This one should have been fixed in yesterday's patch. (The other is still outstanding.) (The other was fixed today.)
