Population Panel Mod

I've been keeping this mod up to date with the latest in_development snapshot as a way of testing the new modding features. Here's a copy of the updated zip.

@gaerzi: Sorry, I can't PM by now, new account. Could you, please, update your custom version of the Population Panel Mod, or even upload to the Steam Workshop?? The latest build you shared just crashes the game now.

Sven's updated version is I believe based on mine. Only meaningful difference I've noticed is that the population breakdown is alphabetical (using Haduir and Teros for the Ashdar races) instead of by decreasing order of population.
