I just long for the dlc... this game is really fun.

Main reason I was wondering: Kamikaze ship design. Was wondering if I can get it up there to serious fire ketch type damage. Maybe take out swarms of fighters or something.

Yeah. When I was looking at a ship design and got the tool tip for the ammunition on the ship, it said they were explosive and affected the hazard rating which would tell me how much damage the ship.exploding might do to those around it.

I could even click on the underlined "hazard rating" for ...

I don't see this stat reported anywhere. Anyone know?

I suggest (may have already been)-

Totally minor thing: When I click on components in right side of ship design, part of the display should show energy usage. Or better yet the space that lists the items on the lower left side should simply have: [Labor. Metal. Energy.] required by that component ...

Thanks for the info- I kept looking for color coordination between various readouts in how the UI was presented, but this one of the rare moments when that didn't work. Just had them reversed.

I think gray is the armor.
Green is the crew.
but the red/yellow ones? I dunno... related to hull or systems?
