Changes in Interspecies Law

Today's changes significantly dropped the size of effective Trade Pool (it's about one third less now). Was it intentional? If I'm not mistaken the Interspecies Law use to give additional trade routs.

Thematically, Interspecies Law was always the wrong tech for that effect -- so it got removed. But I think I should put a the same effect back into the tree somewhere else. Just not sure where yet..

edited by sven: Moved the +8 trade pool bonus to Interstellar Currency, but increased the tech cost slightly to compensate. I think that makes sense.
