Game_9947. Why, oh why Teros at Gherm have decided last turn they must retreat to Bellatrix instead of pressing attack on Mendorn or at least defending Gherm?! Nothing treatens Bellatrix, their forces are several times stronger than mine, no logic at all! And this repeats every single playthrough.
Game_9959. Another strange and clearly detrimental fleet movement pattern. Last turn Orthins were driving to Sargas sufficient force to annihilate it and enemy forces nearby. But recalled it for no visible reason. This behavior is typical for Orthins, probably because they acquire advanced comm techs earlier than others.
uploaded game_9965 It just seems like every race just stopped doing anything. I gave some systems to the Phidi and have been neighbors with the Tinkers for some time. Neither is trying to expand, attack, or threaten.
PrivateHudson wrote:Why Tinkers use boring torpedos instead of their wonderful Vindicators?
When Tinker empire had united with mine today, it presented whole bunch of fairly advanced techs. But I got Vindicators still unresearched.
I've got answer when faced Vindicator-equipped carriers. Apparently, ship design script regards Vindicators as small craft and doesn't know they fit into torpedo tubes.
PrivateHudson wrote:Probably, AI better not to plop down new colony or outpost when there are enemy ships hanging around in this very system.
Puzzlingly enough, I witnessed the cautious variant also: enemy outpost transport arrived in system patrolled by my ships, and next turn headed back (definitely not a range limitation).
PrivateHudson wrote:If I understand correctly, primitive races should not benefit from the Militia tech. However, today threshers were shown in bomb/invade dialog as strength 2 militia.
Also, Pell herbal defenders leave you with the question - "But how?".
Game_9989. I just brokered peace between blocks Colonials (me)-Phidi-Yoral and Imperials-Orthins (I believe they're in a coalition), but demand from Yorals to defend them against Imperials isn't recalled.
