6 ship redesigns

The 6 ships which in my opinion had issues that needed fixing.

To use:
Right click Stars in shadow shortcut
Open file location
Open Mods directory
Place entire DLCUpload folder inside with all contents
Undesired ship mods can be removed by simply deleting that subfolder
This will work without issue with other mods (so long as there is no overlap)

Dreadstar (Hawk MP folder)
Dreadstar is now a mobile base type, built in refuel depot, construction yard, warp lane stabilizer, retreat time increase to match other mobile bases, firepower changes, revised construction costs

Super Dreadnaught (Universal SD folder)
Firepower now matches hardpoints

Yoral Escort Cruiser (Box CLE folder)
Firepower now matches hardpoints, ship is now a viable choice

Gremak Escort Cruiser (Blade CLE folder)
Added hangar and system slot, ship is now a viable choice

Phidi Freighter (Star CF folder)
Added built in trade capacity due to the phidi freighters' greater expense, no longer needs a shipyard to build, retreat time increase to match other freighters

Ashdar Missile Cruiser (hawk CM folder)
Firepower now matches hardpoints, Armor appropriate for ship class
