Update server
As of late, the test update server has been rather cranky for me. I've frequently had to retry repeatedly to successfully complete an update and send logs back, or confirm I'm up to date. Not sure how much control you guys have over that, but thought you should know.

Yeah, in the past, when this sort of thing has happened, it's been some kind of passing quirk of AWS that usually fixes itself over time. This particular pattern of glitches doesn't seem to have gone away on its own though -- so I've taken the next obvious step, and restarted the update server. From what I can tell, that appears to have improved things.
Let me know if you're still noticing issues.
