Artillery tech tree rearrangement

I don't think it's right to give all races "Stupendous Energy Physics" - it's Orthin technology (even the description says so), and is better that way. Why don't link "Prime Artillery" directly to "Super Dreadnoughts", leaving "Stupendous Energy Physics" as a "back door" for Orthin or someone why captures and researches their ship?
