just a few small to medium tests to do on this one today

i know no longer seem able after i win to cleat the map of pirate factions like i used to be able to do, i'm not able to attack or talk, and offer war or anything to these units no longer in this build

i can look at them, explore there ships, but i can't interact with them at all, i used to be able to attack them just by going to the same place, but now it's seems different, have wiped out everything else on the map, so it's just these
