Energy Costs

Why do Fusion Torpedeos cost 12 energy to mount a piece? Fusion Beams take that much power. I'm confused how something that releases a metal tube uses as much power as something that focuses a small piece of the sun.

Opps. There was a typo in the weapon config files. Thanks for point this out. (They're significantly cheaper as of r12669.)
