How to get the beta builds?

It seems like there are builds going out which folks have access to. So far, I haven't been able to figure out how to get those builds. When I go to the betas tab on Steam, it just says 'None'. Is there a default password or somesuch to access them?

Any help appreciated! I'd really like to be able to test out the new tweaks, especially the higher maintenance costs...

Yes, it requires a password; you need to be in the testing group.

I was absent awhile. Is old downloader not working now? I wanted to test fresh version, but I couldn't.

Yes, the old downloader still works. When you say you couldn't test, what didn't work?

Sorry for misunderstanding. In my old game folder update.exe was missing, that's why I got errors while updating.
