Well, my last game I watched as the phidi ignored a small ocean world that would have given them a 3rd system (it was an uncontrolled system, and even though I had a fleet in orbit, I did not warn them off at all). Do the phidi seem to be acting odd?

In the last few games I have played, it seems like the phidi aren't even attempting to colonize their nearby systems. The other races are acting properly aggressive, but the phidi just seem to be doing nothing but building scout ships. Anyone else see this occurring?

A very simple (and tiny) mod that does not allow tiny worlds to spawn. I'm finding that the ai does a lot better with this (phidi are still having issues, though).

Ok, I guess I wasn't clear. You enslave entire the entire unhappy population. Then free them all (this makes the unhappy population happy until next turn) and then immediately load them all into troopships. This provides ground troops for next assault, and allows you to drop your own population type...

Tiny worlds will no longer spawn in galaxy creation. Works with previous game versions, but effect will only occur in a new one.

Tiny planets and dead systems have basically crippled the AI. The human player can use those useless tiny worlds as stepping stones, to underrun opponents territory, and get a small amount of resources per outpost. And in the meantime, the computer players are just stuck in boxes they cant get out o...

Doubles kills crew value for both standard weapons and (lethal) mod weapons (x2 and x 4 respectively). Fully compatible with games from previous mod version.

A related bug is if you bomb out a refugee colony the same turn you encounter it, it sometimes turns into a derelict colony.

Some tweaks to minor races, a few ship tweaks as well. Should work with prior version.
