game_6299: The next vote for the Galactic Council is reported to occur in negative three turns; last turn it was estimated to occur in negative two turns. Probably not desired behavior.

Minor question about Tinkers

Are the Tinkers an 'elder' race like the Ashdar, Humans, and Gremak, or a 'younger' race like the Phidi, Orthin, and Yoral? I mean, I'd assume if they were about and active at the time of the Great War, the Ashdar Empire might have retained some memory of them...

game_6253: The last few Ashdar Imperial colonies have started growing in population again, despite having no evident source of food. game_6252: Pacifist trait is not working as advertised. You can pretty easily see in game logs Pell militia fighting to defend Pell.

A positive morale modifier that occurs to me- Gremak populations should probably enjoy a modest (+5 or +10 or so, I'd think) morale bonus for the presence of slaves.
