I have discovered when a fleet arrive in my system I am unable to attack them if I want to. They just disappear, I couldn't find them in orbit in my planet system.

I can only a attack when they decide to attack me, which makes no sense.

ah, yes. my mistake. the problem is that you're mounting fusion torpedoes, and torpedoes and anti-missiles are still not working as of the latest build.
if you left-click on the fusion missiles or fusion beams in the weapon console, you should be able to pick a target and fire them. but ...

And here is a thought, it doesn't seem reasonable that you should run out of missiles before or at the same time as a ship does. You have a whole planet full of resources where you can stockpile e.a missiles. The logic as I see it is ships have a limited number of missiles before they have to ...

So I ran into a funny but still serious bug today. Defending planet against a Yoral assault, all of the Yoral ships were missile armed, while my planet also had missiles (new feature of planetary defense system?). Eventually the last surviving Yoral ship and my planet had run out of missiles. So ...
