Small worlds will still be there, I edited out tiny worlds. Flak cannon, and bombs are both discovered with other weapon types (torpedoes and bombs share the same research types, as do flak cannon and heavy coilgun). Are you getting a hard crash?

Each ship class has a linked design (for example HawkCA is a heavy cruiser ship template) . In order to add a class, you would have to make a full new ship template (including graphics) and tie it in properly. And unfortunately this is far beyond what I know how to do. Its not a dedicated ship class, its the asteroid outpost mounting a hangar bay instead of a refuel depot.

Fleet size threat is definitely effected by armor grade, shields, and firepower of ships. Most noticeable when playing humans, and doing a fast upgrade of your starter heavy cruiser turns and opponent from neutral to your fleet is most impressive. There definitely should be some attached negative for colonizing into rival empire systems. Should be fairly easy to implement.

If the colony ships of 2 different empires come into a system you have a fleet in, and in that system there is a world they both wish to colonize, you will only be given a prompt to intercept for one of the colony ships. The other will cause a bug report that says an unresolved battle has occurred, ...

Updated for latest version.
Adds bombs (alternate missiles type, heavier warhead though slower, usable on fighters), low/mid/high tech (torpedo tree)
Tech tree tweaks.
Ashdar heavy cruiser improved slightly.

If anything I find them overpowered also, the lack of a need for food is huge. And then there are asteroid carriers... And science station mobile bases.

The hostile stipend makes sense. However the humanity side seems to need a bit more cash at the outset now. Many times you are forced to colonize a hostile world with one or both of your colony ships. Your 1st colony usually requires a buy of the farm (or starvation, choose). Would suggest maybe 50 ...

Yes, with the new longer range for heavy mounts, as well as the revised beam mitigation, it was unneeded. Between rapid fire and armor piercing mods hellbore are now very viable without it.

Sometimes a reboot is needed between versions for sound to work. Has happened to me 2 times that was so far.

You should only need it from there. When I changed spice mongers, the change went through from only that location.
