Terraforming is a mechanic which will change substantially in the future. Right now it's essentially just a toy for the human player.

Interceptors are pretty effective against missiles. But 13 Juggernauts is a lot.

Minor races could be enslaved if they are given the proper trait, but we don't do this because we don't have the art assets for it (and because it would allow the player to simply dispose of unwanted native population).

Ok, I guess I wasn't clear. You enslave entire the entire unhappy population. Then free them all (this makes the unhappy population happy until next turn) and then immediately load them all into troopships. This provides ground troops for next assault, and allows you to drop your own population typ...

I'm not familiar with the code, but slaves require non-slaves to keep them enslaved, and so it's not possible to have a planet with only slaves on it. So yes, any inhabited planet should still be a target for marauders.

The Harpy Nest is done and should be in-game soon. The Steward is doing double duty for itself and as a placeholder for the Engineer, which I'm still working on.

I don't get the error on my version, but I can see the problem: the starbase was actually captured in a previous battle by the Ashdar Colonials, and so when the Yoral attacks the Phidi colony, the starbase and the colony world are firing on each other. Large stations have two slots. The outpost/small station is meant to be an inexpensive hull for a single purpose, which is small enough to be deployable. What do you mean by "the target point is shifted"? When you point your mouse to the enemy ship (and it's "chosen" as a target) the blue railgun's beams crossing/focusing is way off target. Would provide a picture, but can't manage to make a printscreen using a hotkey on a Window...
