Due to the diversity of hulls for different factions, not every tech will have a hull to unlock, but still may be necessary as a prerequisite for later techs.

You're supposed to be able to do this, but I don't think it's been implemented yet.

I'm not sure whether it's intended, but I think it's correct. Faster repair should, I feel, require either a colony or an outpost with a construction module.

Game 4813, weird little bug. Fighting the Gremak at Sabik, winning the battles, but when I do, my Missile Destroyers (and only my missile destroyers, not my other ship types) move away from the system as if I retreated. Been able to reproduce it twice now in that game. It might be because they ran ...

Clicking a notification icon shows the report; clicking the icon a second time takes you to the appropriate screen. Right-clicking the icon dismisses the report. Creating the image assets is relatively straightforward, but importing them into the game is not.

The art assets are created in Photoshop. Any image editing program that can save .PSD files should work.

I think it's a cool idea. However, you'll have to get Sven's attention if you want tips on how to code it. Since we're both slammed trying to get Legacies stuff done, I'll caution you not to expect a modding tutorial at the present time.

As far as I'm aware, the keywords don't do anything. I put the keywords into the diplomatic UI mockups, having in mind that the attributes themselves would govern AI behavior to some extent. Sven faithfully implemented them into the display, but as far as I'm aware, they don't directly affect AI beh...
