Re: Suggest - Features and Improvements

In short, "bookmark" planet in the planets list so we don't have to memorize the name?

They don't bypass temporal aegis at all, becoming rather weak weapons, and those technologies are very close in the tech tree.

game 6422

Marauder encounter... I met them like 100 turns ago. And they aren't in that system...

Re: refit vs new ship

*Wrenches/Labor) :P But yes, is silly. We also had the problem of a Tank/Mech unit being more expensive than Transport with Tank/Mech built-in it because of the discount production of ships.

Re: Orthin Busbars & Shield Capacitors testing

Shield Capacitor: Shields improve along with weapons, but as time goes by there are (usually) also more ships involved in each battle, which will be focusing all their weapons in the weakest/closest target. Eventually, there is a very small margin between getting shot enough to charge it but not en...

Re: Report - Current Bugs and Issues

the Colonial fleet jumped down to Regulus, where they made a heroic but ultimately disastrous attempt to capture the heavily defended Orthin colony on Regulus III I still had the savegame, so I moved a ship to witness that battle. The colonial fleet destroyed 1 base, then they simply ran out of mis...

log game_6234 Not a bug per se, but weird behaviour of the AI: The Ashdar Colonials sent a Colony ship with quite the a escort fleet to Schedar (1 planet available for colonization) https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/933807335271444717/B001EA85255E732CC48EE9C78B6323CDA63B96B0/ I tell them th...

Re: Star Harpy updates

Well, with last update the Arda don't ignore your Harpy extermination, but there seems no way to recover their trust. War declaration just seems to mean "stop bothering me with your visits if you aren't going to sell me anything". Destroying them gives access only to a few military technol...

Re: Suggest - Features and Improvements

Diplomacy in general is still in the TO-DO list. We can demand an entire planet but not ships or technology?

Re: Random thoughts after my last game

Ah, silly me, now I realize how broken OP the Tinkers and harmonized population can be. No food needs, no morale penalties, no problem with overpopulation. Add clone + longevity technologies and enough transport ships, and you can transform that useless small planet with low fertility and low minera...

That reminds me there should be a moral penalty for sending people to live in inhospitable worlds, they are pretty much imprisoned in habitat biomes. Oh you like this garden world? Too bad, to Siberian gulag with you!... I mean, inferno world!

Random thoughts after my last Tinker's game

Increased Market Coin production from 4/7/12 to 5/10/15. The mining activity now provides +50% output per mine (up from +33%). -Metal is still everything. Money is near useless unless you are expanding (or just unlocked new defense/improvement slots). The only thing you can do with money is buy sla...

Re: Report - Current Bugs and Issues

AI tries to build Outpost in a pirate system with a single planet. I'm pretty sure their scouts have already been there and knew the situation, yet they don't seem to understand they simply can't build anything there. Their ships just stay there for a long time (I guess that until they need a new Ou...
