I think that it would be better if the artificial planet needed a base :
- with a gas giant you would be able to construct a medium to huge planet
- with a tiny planet (or an asteroid field like in MoM) you would ne able to construct a small to meidum planet*

I found a lot : gaians, spice mongers, wren, the slime like ones, the yetis, the plants, the aquatics, and yes most of them can be rather useful, but they can also lessen the importance of having some race with a specific ecology, and sometimes I just want more variety.

It's maybe the random generator that is playing with me, but settings all my games with Rare native races, I still find that most of the time I have around 2 native races relatively close to my home planet. I don't think that I played even one game where my starting scout didn't find at least one ...

Maybe planet fighter bases might get fighter automatically repaired over time during battle ?
If one destroyed fighter come back per turn you would be able to maintain a small tickle of fighters, or you might wait to send later a full squadron again. This would certainly not make them overpowered

The exit bottom does not work on the mercenary exchange bottom panel, currently the only way to remove the panel is to have another panel oppened in its place.

Looking at designing a carrier, they are described as being supposed to be a mix between fighters and bombers, but they don't seems to add anything to the normal fighter design, they even cost the same to produce while bombers are much mre expensives in metal.
Maybe they are supposed to do the same ...

It is possible to see the design of a ship during combat, just click on the ship picture at the bottom (where the current level of shields and armor are shown)
If you want to look at an ennemy ship or planet, first select the ship by left clicking on it

Hi, I preorderd the game with steam, and I have been having a blast playing the incomplete but already very fun early access version, but how do I access to the beta builds ?
