I believe that when a planet revolts while its current ruler is at war with the nation representing that planet's population, the planet should surrender itself to its parent empire rather than form a generic 'rebel' group, as local political demands are likely to support repatriation of the planet...

Tendao/Island lighting

Is it intended that on Tendao and standard Island worlds with only Phidi that there should be land-based city lights? Because it shows up. (I can see the argument that some surface development might be set up for industrial purposes, even if the population is basically under the water.)

game_3591: Artificial Organisms technology no longer upgrades Farms to level 2. Please fix ASAP; playing through a game with level 1 Farms is doubtless going to be 'exciting'.

Game 3430: Armed Merchant 'Protector' at Elnath system unable to embark units or population despite having no passengers- its Battle Mechs were lost in action while invading the planet, and I attempted to consolidate the Marauders from earlier captured transports onto my armed merchants.
