Harpies are still considered to blockade colonies when the Harpy Repellent technology is possessed. Shouldn't codes to allow ships to pass unmolested also allow regular commercial shipments in and out to colonies?

Suggest that Race Mind require both Galactic Stock Exchange and Social Engineering as prerequisites. Currently, it only requires Galactic Stock Exchange- it seems odd that the 'ultimate challenge of social engineering' doesn't actually require Social Engineering to be researched.

Human Dissidents do not currently enjoy the race-specific morale bonus for City Planning applied to Humans. I have not yet checked, but I suspect Orthin and Phidi Dissidents may likewise be denied race-specific morale boosts if this is the case. I am uncertain if this is intended behavior.

The AI will currently respect the territory of Marauders (as they respect major powers) for colonisation, but will establish outposts in Marauder systems. This behavior is inconsistent.

Ahhh, when I wrote this, the Vindicator was still just a 20 damage missile last I saw. I see the new version does indeed scale.

Edit: also, Jesus, using their pilots as expendable munitions. Certainly helps reinforce their creepy-ass super-collectivism.

Is it planned that Tinkers will eventually get Vindicator versions for later warhead technologies, or no? I don't see any reason in principle why you shouldn't be able to MIRV later warheads if standard fission warheads are MIRVable.

I think Hive World fertility should be reconsidered with the upcoming terraforming update. Precious Metals have another help text mismatch with actual output reported in-game. Current help text value is +2 coins, current actual output as seen in planetary coin report is +5 coins.

Opil help text is claiming it's worth +5 coins and +1 influence per Market, but examination of income breakdown for Tendao indicates Opil is currently worth +10 coins and +1 influence per Market. Probably worth fixing whichever of those values is mistaken.

I do have a sound card, but the latest build just fixed the lack of sound issue. I have no clue what happened there.
